In Points Per: Amount Spent: Any Item events, members purchase any item from the brand’s catalog and, if the amount spent meets the specified threshold, receive a dynamic points award based on the amount spent.

Core restrictions

Points Per: Amount Spent: Any Item events are constrained by the following core restrictions.

• Point calculation

  Indicates whether points awards are based on the item amount or the order subtotal. See Point Calculation for more information.

• Outcome hurdle

  Indicates the amount that must be spent in transaction before the points are awarded. The amount compared to the outcome hurdle is with tax excluded and discounts applied. The outcome hurdle is inclusive. This means that if the hurdle is $10, and the total of the unit prices is $10 (with no tax or discounts), the achievement is met.
